Print out the submission form and include it in your box.  I recommend Flat Rate Priority Mail  from the Post Office.

Pack instruments tightly with padding so they don't move around in the box.  
Shake it... so you don't hear "JINGLING"!

*Client agrees not to hold Precision Instrument Sharpening liable for any damages or loss.
KEEP THEM SHARP DISCOUNT!

Have us sharpen them at least every 4 months and service is discounted by 10%
